homemade butter crackers with chicken rillettes, pickled green tomatoes, and crisped chicken skin

andouille pigs in a blanket with sorghum & creole mustard glaze

caraway flatbread with cured salmon, lemon & caper cream, and fennel

$3.00 each piece/1 dozen minimum:

luna sweet rolls with rosemary mayonnaise, shaved flank seak, and onion jam

sesame rolls with creole mustard, roasted pork, and apple chutney

little croissants with toasted pecan chicken salad

vegetarian banh mi with hummus, roasted tofu, cucumber, pickled carrot, and cilantro

ciabatta rolls with oregano mayonnaise, TN prosciutto, shaved parmesan, shredded lettuce, and marinated olive salad
