Buttermilk biscuits and pepper jelly
local tomatoes with marinated cucumbers, sweet onions, shaved corn, basil and buttermilk farmer’s cheese
seared chainey briar with cane syrup gastrique, toasted benne, fried sous vide yolk, and pickled magnolia
watermelon agua fresca
southern fried chicken confit with summer squash casserole, griddled asparagus and wild things salad
strawberries filled with black pepper crème brulee, toasted coconut milk, fig leaf diplomat and fresh herbs
About Supper Club:
Supper Club is a private dining experience held in the beautiful converted storefront of home.made in Athens, Georgia. Created by chef Mimi Maumus, each Supper Club menu is individually crafted, seasonally relevant, and distinctively Southern. Mimi’s belief that good food begins with good ingredients means she supports local farms, including Woodland Gardens, North East Farmers of GA, Foster Brady, 3 Porch Farm and Darby Farm.
We host Supper Club once a month from 7 - 9:30 pm at our storefront location: 1072 Baxter Street in Athens, GA. Please arrive on time or risk missing your snacks and first course!
